Covid -19's Influence on Business Technology Spend In 2021

Many businesses sectors are facing the 'heat' of Covid-19, but one sector that has stood it's ground very well is technology. A variety of businesses are now investing into IT and technology to accelerate their growth regardless of Covid-19's affects. A digital transformation is the foresight for businesses in 2021, according to recent research from Studio Graphene, a London-based digital agency.

Studio Graphene found that 70% of organizations are expecting growth in their IT spending this year. In addition 65% of the organizations surveyed are planning to invest in new technology fields like artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and cybersecurity!

They are also looking to expand into cloud-based services and technologies, 64% of organizations surveyed plan to invest in the sector. Additionally, 68% are investing to amplify their customers experience, however, 67% are amplifying their staff collaboration with this new technology.
